A delicious recipe for Brandy Fizz, with brandy, lemon juice, superfine sugar and club soda.

Ingredients
2 1/2 oz brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
4 oz club soda

Preperation
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir well.
