A delicious recipe for Fancy Scotch, with Scotch whisky, triple sec, superfine sugar, bitters and lemon.

Ingredients
2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 tsp triple sec
1/4 tsp superfine sugar
2 dashes bitters
1 twist lemon peel

Preperation
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the scotch, triple sec, sugar, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
