A delicious recipe for Green Fizz, with gin, green creme de menthe, lemons, powdered sugar, egg and carbonated water.

Ingredients
2 oz gin
1 tsp green creme de menthe
juice of 1/2 lemons
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 egg white
carbonated water

Preperation
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over 2 ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
