Bali Hai - Recipe


A delicious recipe for Bali Hai, with light rum, aguardiente brandy, lime juice, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, grenadine syrup and Champagne.
Ingredients
2 oz light rum
1 oz aguardiente brandy
2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp orgeat syrup
1 tsp grenadine syrup
fill with Champagne




Preperation
Shake ingredients (except champagne) with cracked ice and pour into a collins glass. Fill with champagne.

Serve in: Collins Glass
