Ingredients
1 oz vodka
1/4 oz lemon juice
1 dash Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur

Preperation
Shake first 4 ingredients over ice and strain into a sugar rimmed champagne flute. Fill with champagne.
