Root Beer Fizz - RecipeA delicious recipe for Root Beer Fizz, with gin, lemon juice, superfine sugar and root beer.
Ingredients 2 oz gin 1 oz lemon juice 1 tsp superfine sugar 4 oz root beer Preperation Combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the root beer, stir well, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
