Le Perroquet - Recipe


A delicious recipe for Le Perroquet, with Campari® bitters, gin, orange juice and Champagne.
Ingredients
1 dash Campari® bitters
1 dash gin
2 oz fresh orange juice
4 oz chilled Champagne




Preperation
Pour campari, gin and orange juice into a champagne flute. Top with champagne, garnish with a twist of lemon and orange peel, and serve.

Serve in: Champagne Flute
