Ingredients
1 oz vodka
1/4 oz lemon juice
2 - 3 dashes triple sec
2 - 3 dashes Blue Curacao liqueur
Champagne

Preperation
Pour all ingredients (except champagne) over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve.
