Ingredients
1 oz gin
3 oz strawberry puree
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp caster sugar
2 tbsp strawberry ice cream

Preperation
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet. Garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry half, add straws, and serve.
