Ingredients 2 1/2 oz cream sherry 1 egg 1 tsp superfine sugar 1 tsp light cream 1 tsp grated nutmeg Preperation Combine the sherry, egg, sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well.
