Ingredients
1 1/2 oz brandy
1 oz ruby port
1 egg
1 tsp superfine sugar
1/2 oz light cream
1 pinch nutmeg

Preperation
Pour the brandy, port, egg, sugar and cream into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.
