Ingredients
1 3/4 oz dry sherry
1 oz sweet vermouth

Preperation
Pour the sherry and vermouth into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
