Ingredients
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz Champagne

Preperation
Stir gin and champagne gently in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with two olives, and serve. Note: the quality of the drink is proportional to the quality of the champagne used.
