Cafe Au Kirsch - RecipeA delicious recipe for Cafe Au Kirsch, with Kirschwasser® cherry brandy, sugar, egg and coffee.
Ingredients 1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy 1 tsp sugar 1 egg white coffee Preperation Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
