Ingredients
3 oz cold espresso
1 oz Irish whiskey
1/2 oz coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Irish cream
1 scoop ice cream
1 dash simple syrup

Preperation
Add all ingredients to a blender with 4 cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into parfait glasses, garnish with clover leafs, and serve.
