Diamond Head - Recipe


A delicious recipe for Diamond Head, with gin, apricot brandy, lemon juice, superfine sugar and egg.
Ingredients
2 oz gin
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1/2 egg white




Preperation
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in: Cocktail Glass
