Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Stoli® Pertsovka vodka
4 oz Dr. Pepper® soda

Preperation
Pour the Stoli pepper vodka (Pertsovka) into a champagne saucer filled with shaved ice. Fill with Dr. Pepper soda, garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.
